The tide starts high — 2.0m at 5AM — and drains steadily through the morning to a 0.9m low around 10–11AM, then fills gently back to 1.4m by mid-afternoon and holds into the evening. It's a small-range (neap) day.
Best window: early — roughly 6–9AM while there's still water over the reef — or the afternoon fill from about 1PM. The inside gets shallow around the midday low, so take care on the reef.
