Dawn holds on a 0.6m low around 6AM, then the tide builds steadily through the morning to a 2.7m high at midday before draining hard all afternoon to a 0.1m low at 6PM. Best window: the mid-to-late-morning push, roughly 9AM to 1PM on the filling-to-full tide. The afternoon drain is severe — the Kuta reef goes dangerously shallow from about 4PM, so be off it early.
